GS DocSeva provides free online tools for image resizing, format conversion, and background removal, specifically designed for government exam photo preparation. Our services include:

Photo resizing to exam specifications
Image format conversion
Background removal
KB-based size optimization

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GS DocSeva for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on GS DocSeva
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Disclaimer

The materials on GS DocSeva are provided on an "as is" basis. GS DocSeva makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

      Note: While we provide tools for resizing photos to government exam specifications, we cannot guarantee that resized photos will be accepted by all exam authorities. Exam requirements may vary and change. Users are responsible for verifying specifications with the relevant exam authorities.
    

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall GS DocSeva or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GS DocSeva, even if GS DocSeva or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on GS DocSeva could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GS DocSeva does not warrant that any of the materials on GS DocSeva are accurate, complete, or current. GS DocSeva may make changes to the materials contained on GS DocSeva at any time without notice.

7. Materials and Content

The materials and content on GS DocSeva are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, republish, or transmit any materials from this Service without proper attribution or consent from GS DocSeva.
